Rev. Dieter Reda (dreda@missionbaptist.ca) has been Mission Baptist's senior pastor since February of 2003. Previously he has served various congregations in other cities throughout Ontario and Alberta. Pastor Dieter received his theological education at Taylor University College in Edmonton, Central Baptist Seminary in Toronto and McMaster Divinity College in Hamilton.

Originally from Mississauga, Rev. Mike Powell (mpowell@missionbaptist.ca) attended Queen's University for four years, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After graduating, he completed his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto. Mike has been married to his wife Heather for nine years, has a son named Liam, plays the guitar, likes skateboarding, and enjoys writing/recording his own music.  Mike was ordained in September 2006.
