Mission Baptist Church is committed to reaching out to young adults, especially considering the proximity of McMaster University (i.e. only a 5-minute walk away, on the East side of campus). Our Sunday morning contemporary worship services are held @ 10:30am (100 North Oval).
THE VILLAGE is a bi-weekly meeting for young adults (2nd & Last Sunday of the month immediately following our morning service), intended to build community and facilitate a time of worship and spiritual growth through Bible Study, prayer and praise. We meet in the church house (96 North Oval), and normally have some type of social/special event each month.
During the school year (September to November, January to March), our church also offers a FREE student lunch. This takes place once a month after our morning service (i.e. around 12:15pm). Check the young adults website to find out when the next student lunch will be taking place (see link above).
